What if the weather is BAD on the shoot day?

There is no bad weather for an art-driven photographer with intuitive approach, I always recommend risking it all ;) Weather elements like wind and rain can enhance your photos, adding depth and character to the images! I also offer the best quality Chinese tea to warm you up. But of course, we can reschedule the shooting if you don't feel comfortable.

The price list says that any location within Latvia is included, what if I want to shoot in another country? for example, Lithuania or Estonia?

In that case, we’ll discuss everything individually - you would just need to cover fuel costs and possibly a night at a hotel if we don’t manage to finish everything in one day. But I always recommend not to rush the photoshoot -the best results come when there’s space to breathe and be present.

What if I don’t like how I look in the photographs?

I will work to capture you in the best light, and I always strive to highlight your best features. We can also discuss your preferences in advance so I understand what you like.

How can I prepare for the shoot?

I recommend getting a good night's sleep, relaxing, and coming in with a positive mindset. Don’t worry - trust the professional! I mostly work with people who have never had any photoshoot experience, including posing or feeling comfortable in front of the camera. I’ll help you feel at ease before we begin, and we’ll start off gently. Also, please don’t hesitate to share any concerns with me before or during the photoshoot.

What is the payment structure?

Payment is structured as follows: a 50% deposit is required after our consultation to secure your booking and allow me to start working on your looks and other preparations. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

What should I wear for the photo session?

As someone who helps with the concept and looks, I'm happy to provide personalized advice on outfit selection from your wardrobe to ensure you feel confident during the shoot. I also focus on styling you in the best way possible, ensuring you look like a cinematic character. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty and create a look that makes you feel amazing.

What should I do if I have no posing experience?

Don't worry! I will help you with posing, will send references before the shoot and suggest ideas so that you feel comfortable and confident during the shoot.

I feel very shy in front of the camera. How do you help people with this fear?

I understand that many people feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. I strive to create a relaxing atmosphere and guide you to help you feel natural. Additionally, we meet in advance before the shoot to ensure you feel comfortable working together.

Can I add extra services, such as makeup or styling?

Yes, I have several teams of professionals who I can recommend and who can assist you with makeup and hair to ensure you look your best.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule the shoot, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the shoot.

How do you translate a brand’s identity into a visual narrative?

I focus on mood, atmosphere, texture, and subtle storytelling. Rather than illustrating a product, I create a world around it.. location, model, props, and every other detail move in harmony. I form something that is deeply felt, a space where the brand’s identity lives and breathes within the story.

Do you provide full creative direction, including moodboards, styling, and casting?

Yes. I offer full creative direction, both pre-production and post-production, from concept and moodboards to styling guidance and casting, retouch and photo editing, ensuring every element contributes to a cohesive and elevated result.

How do you approach location scouting and building a unique visual atmosphere?

I seek spaces that enhance the narrative, often natural or unexpected environments. The location is never just a background, it becomes an essential part of the story and the emotional tone of the image. I also strive to choose locations that offer a variety of visual settings, allowing me to integrate the model into the space in a dynamic and thoughtful way. This approach helps maximize the potential of each location, moving beyond simple, static backgrounds.

What level of retouching and post-production is included in your work?

All final images are edited in my signature style and carefully retouched to maintain a natural yet polished finish. I prioritize texture, light, and authenticity, avoiding over-processing while achieving a refined editorial quality.

How far in advance should we book, and what information do you need to begin?

I recommend booking in advance, ideally at least one month prior to allow proper development of the concept. To begin, I need an overview of your brand, goals, timeline, and any initial preferences.

How flexible is your pricing depending on project scope and production needs?

Pricing is flexible and always tailored to the scale, complexity, and creative direction of each project. I work with different budget levels and aim to adapt the production accordingly, while maintaining a strong visual and conceptual quality. I do have a minimum rate that reflects the level of work and preparation involved. At the same time, larger budgets allow for more developed production: including expanded creative direction, locations, styling, and overall execution resulting in a more elevated and refined outcome. Each project is approached individually to ensure the best possible balance between vision, resources, and final result.

What additional expenses should we consider?

Depending on the scope of the project, additional costs may include team (styling, makeup, hair), location rental, props, and other production elements. These are typically not included in the base rate and are discussed and approved in advance.For smaller projects, I can offer more simplified or all-inclusive options. For larger productions, the budget is structured more precisely to allow full creative development and higher production quality. Each project is tailored individually, ensuring clarity in budgeting and alignment with your vision.
