Reservation and Payment

 

To confirm your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the shoot, before or after the session.

Your booking is officially confirmed once the deposit is received.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, any studio or equipment rental fees must still be covered.

Rescheduling is possible once, if requested at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled date.

 

Image Selection and Editing

 

The final selection of images for retouching is made by the photographer.
By booking a session with me, you agree to my artistic style, color correction, and retouching approach.

 

Image Usage and Delivery

 

You will receive your edited images within 30 calendar days.

I retain the right to use selected images in my portfolio, website, magazines, and social media. If you prefer to keep the shoot fully confidential, please inform me in advance.

 

RAW Files

 

I do not provide unedited/raw images.
You will receive the final images via a private download link.
Photos are stored online for 1 month. Please make sure to download them on time, as I do not keep long-term archives.

SESSION TERMS:

 

• The client receives 30 best images, selected and professionally edited by the photographer.
• Delivery format: digital (via download link), photos are stored for 1 month.
• Delivery time: within 30 calendar days.

 

IMAGE USAGE:

 

• The client grants the photographer perpetual permission to use the photos in social media, website, portfolio, magazines, and other creative/professional purposes.
• Photos may be used without crediting the client unless otherwise agreed. 
• The client can request their name to be credited upon publication.
• The client may withdraw permission with 14 days' written notice.
• The client agrees to the photographer’s editing style and aesthetic.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS:

 

• The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Late cancellation requires the client to cover any studio or equipment rental costs if applicable.
